Travel is going to be back and trust us when we say this, it’s going to be back WITH A BANG.
With big dreams and a rock solid strategy for 2021 – 2022 we are looking out for go getters to expand our ALL GIRLS team.
The coming years are going to be about everything new so why not a NEW YOU where you chase your dreams?
We are flexible about the qualifications / past experience and the only prerequisite is the passion for anything to do with travel.
Currently we are all working on WFH mode ( so location flexible too 🙂 even though we are Mumbai based)

Manager Sales

A #BossLady who can allocate and achieve sales targets
Oversee daily operations of the sales team
Interact on professional and social levels with clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Train the sales team and motivate them to meet and exceed their targets
Assess current processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement and implement them
Ability to work under pressure, multitask and also have loads of enthusiasm for after work fun evenings!

Sales executive

Connect with leads and curate travel plans accordingly
Stay current with trends and research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities and products
Build and maintain relationships with clients and be their point of contact
Work in sync with the operations team
Knowledge of MS-Word, Power Point, Excel

Manager Operations

Research to look for new suppliers and business partners
Work allocation and supervision of the Operations team
Interact on professional and social levels with our business partners and suppliers – maintaining old relationships and building new ones.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Work closely and in sync with the finance team for receivables from clients and payments to suppliers
Train the operations team and motivate them
Knowledge of MS-Word, Power Point, Excel
Ability to work under pressure, multitask and also have loads of enthusiasm for after work fun evenings!

Operations executive

Obtain costs and necessary information from suppliers as per the itinerary
Process bookings for accommodation, travel and activities
Collect and maintain all client information
Work in sync with the sales team
Knowledge of MS-Word, Power Point, Excel

Social Media and Business Development

Facilitate scaling our brand and company awareness through various social media channels and ideate on off-line marketing (such as collaborations tie ups or word of mouth marketing)
Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
Make creatives for social media posts and stories.
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
Keep upto date with trends and implement the same in our social media strategy
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
Knowledge to use design software such as PhotoShop/ Illustrator.

HR and Admin

Develop employee engagement – we work hard but we love to party harder!!
Organize,maintain and update personnel records and internal databases
Facilitate in executing learning and development programs for the team and team building activities.
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
Responsible for maintaining the day to day administrative work
