BACKPACK JAPAN

Description

Ninja! Samurai! Sumo! Welcome to the land of rising sun - a country where technology develops faster than time, a truly timeless beauty.  Of course we are talking about Japan! It is undoubtedly one of the most fascinating countries in the World – ask anyone who has travelled to this place, they just can’t get enough!

And have you ever thought of backpacking to Japan? Well, you most definitely can and on a budget.

It happens to be one of the safest countries in the World – making it extremely great for solo backpacking. Think Geishas, beautiful bamboo groves, neon lights, sake, sushi, amazing skyscrapers, endless themed restaurants, karaoke, pachinkos, cosplay, vending machines, everything is just so KAWAI… we can go on and on!

Be it backpacking over the fall season or cherry blossom – you are going to get a different experience each time you travel. We have backpacking trips scheduled to Japan over the two most popular seasons – Sakura and Kyuhoshi.

Cherry Blossom or "Sakura” is the most popular time to backpack to Japan and rightly so. This is the time when the entire nation turns pink – be it your Starbucks coffee, delicious ice cream, numerous billboards – this is one of the biggest celebrations in Japan. Imagine having a hanami picnic under a Sakura tree, just like a local!

Fall season  - or "Kyuhoshi” is a very vibrant time to visit Japan. Not only is it one of the most beautiful times to backpack across Japan, it is also extremely pleasant due to the cooler temperatures. Picture Japan covered in 10-20 colors, it is just so gorgeous!

Backpack to Japan – either over the beautiful sakura season or fall in love with the fall foliage there, this country has a lot to offer at any time of the year, and it will just leave you wanting more.
