Terms & Conditions for Back Packing Trip

  • The promotion is open from 7th May’08 to 30th June’08.
  • This Offer can not be clubbed with any other offer or discount. There should be a clean purchase of Rs.2999/- in cash or through Credit card.
  • Maximum of 10 lucky winners would go on a Back Packing trip to Europe and 100 lucky winners can get Lonely Planet Travel Guide.
  • Lee Cooper will conduct the lucky draw anytime during the promotion for deciding the winners and the same will be final and binding. No queries regarding the same will be entertained.
  • The trip is scheduled from 30th June, 08 to 15th July, 08. The dates & itenary could change without prior notice.
  • The trip will commence from Mumbai, the cost of travel & stay in Mumbai has to be borne by you.
  • One way trip is not permissible.
  • The trip, watch & guide are not exchangeable for cash or any other value.
  • Lee Cooper will have the ownership of all visuals & videos taken before, during and post the trip.& may use them for its various purposes without obtaining any consent or payment in respect of such visuals and/or films. The winner also agrees that Lee Cooper may use any text written in the comments books in our group brochures, website and/or advertising and publicity material without obtaining any further consent or payment in respect of comments.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • You must be an Indian citizen.
  • You must be 18 years and above.
  • You must have a valid passport.
  • You must be physically fit and submit a medical certificate.
  • Any medical condition or physical condition requiring attention or treatment must be advised in writing prior to your consent to travel.


Lee Cooper has tied up with Backpackers Co. for the Promotion, once the winners are declared, the winners would be referred to Backpackers Co. and thereafter the responsibility of Lee Cooper shall end and Backpackers Co. shall take over the entire Back Packing Trip.

Backpackers Co. Terms and Conditions:

  • Back Packers Co. is a company specializing in taking travelers on informal, low cost, informative and extremely fun trips around the world.
  • Back Packers Co. will be entirely responsible for the Back Packing trip.
  • The Back Packing Trip have been designed for travelers aged 18 years and above with the style and operation specifically designed for young independent travelers.
  • The Back Packers will handle the entire logistics like arrange for the Visas, air ticket, inter city transport, on ground support, accommodation, sight seeing etc.
  • The winner have to remain present for the necessary visas, permits and certificates and to have all necessary vaccinations and to comply with applicable laws. Schengen visas – it is the winner’s responsibility to have your passport stamped on entry to the European Union. Backpackers Co. will assist you in the process.
  • It is the responsibility of the winner to check the accuracy of dates booked upon receipt of their travel documents as well as taking care of the same during the entire trip.
  • The winner agrees to comply with the authority of the Backpacker Co’s representative and the laws and regulations of the countries visited, including customs and foreign exchange restrictions. If the winner do not do so, he/she may, at the discretion of the Backpacker Co. representative, be asked to leave the trip.
  • This is not a preset tour. The itenary is subject to change without prior notice.
  • There may be times when the Backpacker Co. personnel have to make a decision in the interests of safety. It is a condition that the winner should comply with the authority and decisions of the appointed representative of Backpackers. If they do not comply with the said representative and are not compatible with the general enjoyment and well being of members of the trip, Backpackers Co. reserve the right to refuse to allow the winner to continue the trip. In such a case Backpackers will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any additional costs incurred by winner.
  • Backpacker Co. will not tolerate any form of abuse, verbal or otherwise, of its personnel or any kind of misbehaviour of the Winners. Any Winner abusing or threatening personnel will automatically forfeit their right to onward travel. In such an event the winner shall book their own tickets and return back at their own expenses.
  • The Winners are responsible for looking after all your travel documents and personal belongings. Back Packer Co. cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings left behind on any trip irrespective of the circumstances.
  • The winner will have to meet Backpacker Co personnel at the pick-up points. Because of the nature of the services, Back Packers Co. will not be liable if any service leaves or arrives, later than its specified time, even if as a result you miss a connecting service. The Back Packers Co. will use its best efforts to ensure that departure and arrival times are met.
  • The winner might be staying in Youth Hostel having mixed gender or in dormitories together as a group, which will arranged by the Back Packers Co.
  • The winner will be provided a daily fixed meal allowance which cover Break fast, Lunch, Dinner and Beverages.
  • The winner will have to bear local travel expenses or entry charges for visiting museums or any public places they might want to visit.
  • It would be advisable for the winner to carry reasonable amount of Forex/International Credit Card for their personal expenses.
  • Winners shall not hold the Backpacker Co. responsible or liable for any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges, and expenses that may be suffered, sustained or incurred by way of this Back Packing trip.
